Aloy Thai’s farm-to-table, slow-cooked cuisine offers guests a seat at the Naka family table. Sense immigrating to Boulder in 2006, owner Kim has wed locally sourced foods, Thai spices and her award-winning, traditional family recipes to capture the essence of Thailand in every dish.  

WHO WE ARE

Kim grew up in Bangkok’s Chinatown neighborhood as one of 10 children and immigrated to the U.S. with her daughters, Arisa and Bo, in 2006. Together they opened Aloy Thai in Boulder, winning critical acclaim with dishes featuring Kim’s cherished, and carefully guarded, family recipes. With a philosophy of creating an authentic Thai experience through every dish, Kim remains dedicated to bringing that experience to every guest.     

Arisa and Bo continue to work alongside their mother to ensure the staff, food, and atmosphere continues to inspire rave reviews. As a result of their success and customer demand, the two have recently opened Aloy Modern Thai in Denver to show Colorado the modern Thai culinary experience.
