Aloy Modern Thai Now Open

Bringing the hot new flavors of Bangkok in the old Ballpark Trillium location

When Trillium shuttered its doors last November just a year after Jeff Osaka closed Twelve Restaurant, many wondered if the Ballpark neighborhood could sustain a restaurant dedicated to thoughtfully sourced ingredients and technique-driven dishes. Bangkok natives and siblings Bo Bean and Arisa Chanchokpong think they can do just that, with the addition of the bright flavors of Thailand. Aloy Modern Thai {2134 Larimer Street, Denver; 303.379.9497} is now open for lunch, dinner, and weekend brunch. Here’s the skinny on what to expect at this vibrant new Ballpark eatery.
