A family tradition, brought to Colorado
Our story begins in Bangkok, where Kim Naka grew up surrounded by the energy, flavors, and family-centered food culture of Chinatown. One of ten children, Kim learned early that the best recipes aren’t just instructions—they’re memories, passed down and protected.
In 2006, Kim immigrated to Colorado with her daughters, Arisa and Bo, bringing with her the family recipes she grew up with and a clear goal: cook Thai food the right way, without cutting corners. From the start, that meant honoring tradition while embracing the abundance of local ingredients Colorado offers—fresh produce, high-quality proteins, and seasonal flavors that beautifully complement Thailand’s bold spices.


Farm-to-table meets slow-cooked Thai soul
Thai food is known for its balance—sweet, sour, salty, spicy, and savory. We take that balance seriously. Many of our signature dishes rely on time and technique: long-cooked curries, carefully layered stir-fries, and sauces built from scratch for depth you can taste.
We source locally when possible, not as a trend, but because it makes the food better. When high-quality ingredients meet authentic Thai methods, the result is exactly what we want every guest to experience: vibrant, soulful dishes that feel both comforting and exciting.
